The Gift of Love: featuring Moon Valley Farm

An art show at Sandbox Brewhouse in Frederick, Maryland from 4/1/26 to 6/29/26

50% of the profits will go to expanding the The Judy Center and Moon Valley Farm's Food for Health program

What is this show about?

Love for the earth. Love for each other. Love for the universe.

We can navigate the complexities of our world with the simplicity of love. We can grow our community to sustain ourselves and each other.

Centered heart energy is a source point for this show. Much of this work is painted with my hands to bring out the flowing energy of spring and the tactile feeling of planting in the dirt.

The show will transform along with the growth cycle. April is all about spring coming through, how centering within the swirling energy of cyclical transition can bring calm, clarity, and growth. Strawberries, blueberries, cherries, raspberries, and blackberries are beginning to come through. May and June will bring more produce forward as it emerges from the earth and makes its way to the table.

This is a celebration of Moon Valley Farm: a local, organic farm that builds community with food that nourishes and sustains us. Moon Valley owner Emma says it best: “Moon Valley Farm is my journey to transform my desire to work toward global social justice to local action. I believe that by transforming our every day actions— like changing what we eat to local and direct— we can ignite global change.”

How does it work?

This is a 'pick your painting' show. If you buy a painting, you can take it home the same day. The show will evolve just as a garden changes over a season.

50% of the profit goes to The Judy Center and Moon Valley Farm's Food for Health program that provides food directly to local families. Moon Valley Farm will match the donation amount I raise through the show with produce. You can read more, or donate to the program directly, at MoonValleyFarm.net

We grow organically in order to regenerate the soils, protect your health, and keep the water and air clean.
