Pilates is a form of exercise developed by Joseph Pilates. It can be performed on the mat or apparatus (spring based resistance equipment that supports and challenges your body.) Phylinda is a certified Pilates instructor with over 15 years experience. She has extensive continuing education and is a Pilates instructor trainer with experience developing curriculum and training instructors in both workshop and apprentice based programs.
